Product supply policy

The products sold on this website are food and drink, prepared in the restaurant's kitchen when the order is received.

A pickup order is ready for collection at the business address at the time given when the order is confirmed.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations are handled under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the regulations under it. Made-to-order food is perishable goods, which the statutory distance-selling cancellation right does not cover.

Nevertheless, an order may be cancelled free of charge as long as the kitchen has not started preparing it. If a paid order is cancelled, a full refund is issued to the same payment method.

Age restriction

Alcoholic drinks are sold to persons aged 18 or over only. The business may require photo ID when handing over the order, and may withhold alcoholic drinks without it.

The details given when ordering — name, phone and delivery address — are used solely to fulfil the order.

We undertake that customer details are not passed to any third party, except as required to execute the transaction itself — payment processing or delivery — or as required by law.

Card details are captured and processed directly by the secure payment processor, and are never stored by the business.

No marketing messages are sent without explicit consent, as required by law.
